Paul turns up when he says he is going to for a quote and gives plenty of time to explain things to you, and the different options. He is a hard worker and cleans up after himself. His wife is very helpful for when you need to book a date to have the work done. Which is better than an answer machine. He will give you time if you ask him any questions to do with the job. This is our first boiler in 30 years and things have moved on. Therefore, he gave us different options and gave us time to decide which one to choose.

Paul removed the old boiler and replaced in a new position a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 18ri. The work was completed in a very efficient manner within one day. The 3 port valve in the airing cupboard was also replaced and added to the invoice at my request. The house was left in a perfectly clean and tidy condition.
