Natural Gas – Boiler Service – Price
All of our gas boiler services are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineer. Our labour charge excludes any materials that maybe needed. We charge per hour with a one hour minimum charge. After the first hour, we charge in 30 minute units.
LPG- Boiler Servicing
Holman Heating boiler servicing on LPG boilers are always worked on by a professionally trained heating engineer who is registered with Gas Safe. Our labour charge excludes any materials that maybe needed. We charge a one hour minimum charge. After the first hour, we charge in 30 minute units.

Landlord Gas Safety Certificate
We carry out Landlord Gas Safety checks on all domestic gas boilers and appliances. Our standard charge for domestic gas boilers is £65 with an additional £12 for other gas appliances.
Boiler and Central Heating Installations
We can offer you sound advice on redesigning or upgrading your boiler and central heating system. We provide accurate quotes after a home survey, so that you know exactly what you are paying for.
Central Heating Power Flush
A power flush that has been carried out correctly will rebalance your central heating system. Restoring warmth to your home and reducing your engergy bills. All chemicals are included.

Domestic Plumbing
We have no hidden charges on our plumbing rates. Our standard labour charge excludes any materials or parts that maybe needed to fix your plumbing problem. Holman Heating charge a minimum labour rate for the first hour. After the first hour, we charge in units of 30 minutes.

Bathroom, Wet Room and Reburbishments
We offer home surveys for all bathroom installations, wet room and bathroom refurbishments. We want to provide you with an accurate quotation for all works that you need to be carried out.
